Flawless Foundation Routine

Many of you have asked me a number of times as to what my favourite makeup brushes are. The answer is Sigma. Now I have yet to try their eye brushes however I am absolutely in love with their HD Sigmax Kubuki face brush set. I am doing a follow up review and not 1 of the 3 has shed! That is a miracle because all my MAC ones have shed and it is really annoying to keep picking the tiny little hairs off of your face. I am so dissapointed in MAC because I spent so much money and thought I would be making an investment but sadly they didn't do any justice. But even though MAC face brushes are CRAP their eye brushes are still amazing only very few of them have shed after a lot of use. I wish I had come across  Sigma before I spent hundreds of dollars on MAC face brushes. On the website they have tons of sets that are so affordable and you get goodies when you spend over $30 which is awesome for the girl on a budget.

Regarding the after care for sigma brushes, I simply use baby shampoo to clean them once a week cause I use them everyday and they need the deep clean to prevent bacteria and causation of acne etc.

I also advise to purchase them in sets because they are much cheaper that way and it would be an investment.

HERE IS A FLAWLESS FOUNDATION ROUTINE TUTORIAL

If you have tried Sigma brushes what are your thoughts and which ones have you tried?

Till next time, have a great day!

The Garden Party Trend

For those of you who don't know looking like your going to a casual outdoor party/event is and up and coming trend for spring. Flipping the pages through magazines you can see so many celebs sporting this girly look. I must say that I love this look and bought a few pieces to go with this trend. There are a lot of floral patterns which is a re-occuring trend and I really think it will always be for spring. I really like the whole outfit in this picture above and its something I would definitely wear I would just wear a shoe that is a bit more rocker-chic to give the outfit some drama- also growing and few inches taller would not be so bad either.

its definitely a cute trend and this is why I love to spring into spring!
The hairstyles are also really elegant and soft it's mostly all about the loose waves or soft straight hair personally I like the look of the romantic soft waves that is easy to achieve with a flat iron or a clip-less curler.

One thing I have to say is that I am absolutely loving the vintage feel of jewellery! It is my favourite kind of jewellery to purchase and today I was browsing at Aldo Accessories and wow their collection is very pretty. I purchase a pair of oversized studs with faux diamonds all over it and i bought a snake ring it winds up around your finger and it is almost a gunmetal colour it adds enough edge to a girly outfit.

A celebrity I always grab fashion inspiration from is Jessica Alba. She is always up to date with the trends and can pull anything off with grace. I am loving how she always makes getting ready look so effortless. Definitely a celeb to grab fashion tips from!

So what is your take on the Garden Party Trend? Let me know the Good, Bad and Ugly down in the comments.

Off the Runway

Hello pretty people! Yes I always come and go - this is an abandoned blog that I forget about and then remember to put back up. Now lets get into the good stuff that you all want to read about!

My shoe fetish has become crazy because I work at a shoe store and it's not just any shoe store its the best shoe store in Canada possibly. They carry their brand and designer brands and constantly bring in new shoes. What more could a shoe addict want? As I stand at the cash desk checking sizes, making sure the shoes in the box are one right and one left I look at all the pretty shoes the women are buying which sends a impulse through me to grab my credit card and make a purchase which I have done several times. But I realized I need to stop so I am going on a shoe diet till May. I will update to let you guys know if I survive this diet or crash.

Anyways the latest shoe is the "Wedge", you cannot go anywhere or any shoe store without spotting these bad boys. I grabbed a Stuart Weitzman wedge the one the Jennifer Aniston herself wears I have them in the beige which is a creamy colour and it goes great with my skin tone.

The Sky is definatly the limit with the up and coming shoes another big shoe on the rise are platformed stilettos. These are also another pair of Stuart Weitzman's I recently purchased but the ones I purchased are all turquoise, I must say they are nice and comfy and pretty easy to walk in my plan is to wear these to prom all I need to do is find the dress. Its definatly a shoe to dress up or dress down. By dressing down i plan on wearing a nice skinny jean with a flowy top and some simple jewellery pieces.

I hope you all liked this blog about shoes check out tomorrows blog about the Garden Party Trend.
